Exhibitor Appreciation Happy Hour
We kicked off the Florida Restaurant Show with a welcome happy hour at The Pub Orlando. A true British Pub experience complete with brilliant food, drink and genuine hospitality.
The night before the show was all about excitement as we reunited with teammates—both new and old—and looked forward to connecting with independent restaurant operators to network and share valuable insights.
Booth 272: Mirror of Opportunity
During Days 1 and 2 at Booth 272, our team showcased how Chowly’s platform empowers independent operators to envision a future with more time and increased profits. A highlight was our interactive mirror, where attendees could stop by and take photos, reflecting their potential success.
Team members Aaron, Irina, Alex, and Elena were present, dressed to impress and eager to connect with operators. We engaged in meaningful discussions about the need for a singular platform that efficiently manages essential off-premise tasks. Many operators expressed their frustrations with juggling a fragmented tech stack, which complicates their operations.
We also hosted a giveaway at our booth, and we’re excited to congratulate Brian Glynn, Co-Owner of Village Idiot Pizza Franchise Systems, for winning a pair of 4th Gen AirPods with noise-canceling features! We know these will come in handy in the bustling restaurant environment.
Profitability Workshop
Sterling Douglass, our Co-Founder and CEO, led a profitability workshop for attendees focused on strategies to enhance profits and operational efficiency through the 3 C’s: Create, Capture, and Convert. He emphasized the importance of return on time, highlighting how partnering with an all-in-one tech company can significantly improve operational efficiency. His insights struck a chord with many operators eager to streamline their processes.
This workshop is available both in person and virtually. To learn more about upcoming sessions and how you can participate, find more here.
High-Tech Show Experience
Over the two days of the show, we wore custom Chowly Hawaiian shirts and high-tech backpacks displaying videos about Chowly Platform. This creative approach helped us engage with visitors and convey the message of profitability through technology.
Conclusion
Florida Restaurant Show was a successful opportunity to connect with independent restaurant operators. Chowly is committed to providing a comprehensive platform that simplifies operations and maximizes profitability. We look forward to continuing our partnership with this impactful event for independent restaurant operators.
