Lisa Landsman is a Global Business Development leader at Google with nearly 20 years of experience in restaurant technology, digital commerce, and strategic partnerships. As the former Head of Industry for Restaurants at Google, she helped operators leverage Google Business Profile, Google Food Ordering, and digital advertising to drive direct orders and grow revenue.
Lisa has also led initiatives in Google Shopping and business development, working closely with brands to maximize their digital presence. With expertise in media strategy and emerging trends, she is dedicated to helping restaurants optimize their online storefronts and stay ahead in an evolving industry.
Michael Gnagy is a Product Manager at Google, specializing in restaurant technology and digital ordering. As the Co Founder and former CEO of The Ordering.app, he helped restaurants drive direct online sales with an 85% conversion rate.
Now at Google, he focuses on Google Business Profile, Google Food Ordering, and digital advertising, helping operators maximize their online presence. With experience in mobile payments, POS integrations, and sales strategy, Michael has a deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape. His mission is to empower restaurants with the tools and insights needed to increase direct orders, boost visibility, and grow profitability.
