Partner Request Form

This form is now only for existing Chowly clients (Chowly already has a POS integration with the merchant and they want us to add your online ordering service).

If you are submitting a merchant who is totally new for Chowly, check your Sigma Dashboard Health tab – you’ll see a button called “New Client Lead.”

You can submit multiple leads in one request, just please make sure they are part of the same group. 

Please do not submit unrelated SMB locations on the same request.
